Project Introduction

This project is the methanol dosing system equipment project in the 50000 ton/day industrial wastewater treatment project in Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. Our company provides manufacturing, procurement, testing, installation, commissioning, and after-sales services for all equipments in this project. This system includes two sets of 50m³ steel   storage tanks (in compliance with pressure vessel standards),   three sets of dosing pumps (with a maximum dosing capacity of 300L/h per set), two sets of online dilution systems and a set of PLC electrical control.

System Configuration

The methanol dosing system consists of four parts: methanol storage unit, dosing unit, dilution unit, and electronic control unit. It can automatically control the addition of methanol solution to each dosing point to meet the overall requirements of methanol dosing in sewage plants. The entire device comprehensively completes the processes of feeding, storing, pumping, diluting, and outputting methanol raw solution to the dosing point.

1. Storage unit: including storage tanks, tank truck unloading devices, gas-phase devices, inlet and outlet pipes, shut-off valves, control valves, liquid level gauges, explosion-proof and flame retardant respirators, water collectors, nitrogen sealing devices and other necessary accessories for safe operation.

2. Dosing unit: including inlet and outlet pipes, dosing metering pumps, dosing pipes, vent pipes, reflux pipes, ball valves, electric control valves, safety valves, backpressure valves, flow meters, Y-shaped filters, pulse buffers, check valves and other necessary accessories for safe operation.

3. Dilution unit: including pressure regulating valve, solenoid valve, flow meter, pipeline mixer, pipeline fittings, and necessary accessories for safe operation.

Note: Configuration adjustments will be made according to design requirements, but not limited to this.

All on-site distribution and control area equipment, instruments, etc. in the methanol room are explosion-proof; Explosion proof and other requirements meet relevant standards.
