Equipment Introduction

"Plastic Cleaning Line Sewage Treatment Equipment" of Jiangsu Camar Machinery CO., LTD. This set of equipment adopts mature sewage treatment processes to ensure sewage can be directly discharged or recycled, also in compliance with relevant environmental protection standards.

The device is designed with a processing capacity of 5m³/h. The total power is 11.86 KW, and the operating power is 6.5 KW. Power equipments include pumps, mixers, sludge scrapers, plate and frame filter presses, etc.

Process flow:

1. Sewage regulation tank: Wastewater is discharged from the cleaning line into the sewage regulation tank, which is equipped with perforated pipes for aeration.

2. Medication addition: Acid and chemical agents are automatically added to adjust the pH value.

3. Reaction: Sewage enters the reaction tank and pollutants such as COD and SS are removed by adding PAC and PAM.

4. Air flotation, filtration, and activated carbon system: The reacted water enters the air flotation tank for solid-liquid separation; Clear water enters the separation water tank and is lifted to the sand filter tower for filtration, and then adsorbed through the activated carbon tower.

6. Electric control system: Constructed with SIEMENS electrical components, equipped with overload, overheating, and phase failure electrical protection functions; All equipments and sewage tanks are equipped with liquid level controllers to control the start and stop of pumps.
