The "Sewage Treatment System" project of Anhui Ma'anshan Yuemei Intelligent Manufacturing Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. includes design and manufacturing, on-site installation, commissioning, and training handover work. The engineering project design processing capacity is 20m3/h. The entire equipment covers an area of 480 square meters.

The source of sewage is the degreasing, surface adjustment, and ceramic process generated from the production line of Party A's smart home appliances, as well as the waste liquid from the tank.

Treatment process: pretreatment+physicochemical+biochemical+fine filtration. That is to say, the waste liquid discharged from the workshop is pre treated and discharged into the comprehensive sewage tank. The comprehensive sewage is treated by a honeycomb inclined plate sedimentation and air flotation system after a dosing reaction, and then enters the hydrolysis and acidification treatment. It continues to undergo secondary biological contact oxidation, and then undergoes sedimentation treatment and fine filtration again, finally meeting the standard for discharge.

The engineering control system adopts centralized control mode and on-site control mode, and is controlled and operated through PLC in the control room. The entire process is automatically controlled to achieve one key start operation and one key stop operation.
