The third phase "Sewage Treatment System" project of Ningbo Topu Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. Hangzhou Bay Topu Production Base includes design and production, on-site installation, commissioning, and training handover work. The design processing capacity of the engineering project is: pre-treatment of 8m3/h and comprehensive treatment of 15m3/h. The entire equipment covers an area of 770 square meters.

Fluorescence liquid pretreatment process: Physical and chemical pretreatment. That is to say, the fluorescent waste liquid discharged from the workshop is discharged into the fluorescent waste water tank, which enters the air flotation system after the dosing reaction. The clear liquid after slag water separation enters the comprehensive waste water tank and is mixed and regulated with other cleaning water for further treatment in the next step.

Comprehensive sewage treatment process: physical separation+biochemical treatment+filtration treatment, that is, the cleaning sewage discharged from the workshop is discharged into the comprehensive sewage tank, and after being pre treated with fluorescent liquid, it is regulated by the water. After being treated by the inclined plate settling tank sedimentation and air flotation system through a chemical reaction, it enters the hydrolysis and acidification treatment. It continues to undergo secondary biological contact oxidation, and then undergoes sedimentation treatment and fine filtration to finally meet the standard discharge.

The engineering control system adopts a human-machine interface control mode, which can be fully controlled in the control room to achieve one key start and one key stop operations. The entire equipment has the advantages of high automation, stable operation, good processing effect, low noise, and no secondary pollution. At present, the sewage treatment system project operates stably, and the effluent meets the discharge standards through institutional testing.
