Lingfeng Street's Resource Recycling Center began construction in October 2014 and was completed in August 2015. Covering an area of over 2500 square meters with a building area of over 520 square meters, it is equipped with two sets of kitchen waste treatment equipment and garbage compression equipment, with four sets already installed. The total investment exceeds 5.9 million yuan, with three staff currently employed.

The Resource Recycling Center undertakes waste classification, resource utilization, reduction, and harmless treatment for eight administrative villages. In accordance with Anji County's requirements for rural household waste classification, garbage is collected and categorized into recyclable, kitchen, toxic, harmful, and non-recyclable waste. Recyclable items enter the resource recycling system after classification, kitchen and organic waste are converted into organic agricultural fertilizer through biodegradation equipment, toxic and harmful waste are centrally stored, and non-recyclable waste is compressed and transferred to the county for processing. Currently, the Resource Recycling Center processes over 20 tons of garbage daily, with the organic waste treatment equipment processing 1600 kilograms per day, producing fertilizer at a rate of 10%, and yielding over 3000 kilograms of organic fertilizer monthly, directly supplying nurseries or vegetable bases.
