Hangzhou Qianjiang Refrigeration Compressor Group Co., Ltd.'s "Wastewater Treatment System" project has a comprehensive processing capacity of 60m³/h. The entire equipment covers an area of 860 square meters.

Wastewater sources include phosphorus-free production wastewater (such as cleaning wastewater, floor washing wastewater, degreasing waste, spray facility wastewater), concentrated water from pure water preparation, drainage from circulation systems, phosphorus-containing cleaning wastewater, and domestic sewage.

Phosphorus-containing wastewater treatment process: Physical-chemical treatment + biological treatment + advanced treatment. Phosphorus-containing wastewater from the workshop is discharged into the wastewater tank, undergoes chemical reaction with added chemicals, then goes through honeycomb inclined plate settling, followed by hydrolysis acidification treatment. After secondary biological contact oxidation, it undergoes further advanced treatment filtration through MBR membrane system and reverse osmosis system, with all treated water reused in production.

Phosphorus-free wastewater treatment process: Chemical conversion + physical separation + biological treatment + filtration treatment. Phosphorus-free concentrated liquid wastewater from the workshop is pre-treated to break emulsion, mixed with other cleaning wastewater, and discharged into the wastewater tank. After chemical reaction with added chemicals, it enters the flotation system for separation, and the separated water undergoes hydrolysis acidification treatment. After secondary biological contact oxidation, it passes through sand filtration system for further filtration treatment before meeting discharge standards.

The project control system adopts a human-machine interface control mode, enabling comprehensive operation through control screens in the control room, achieving intelligent start-stop throughout. The entire equipment boasts high automation, long service life, low noise, minimal sludge generation, and low maintenance costs.
